Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Anyweather. All products sold on our store are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Tapstitch. Please review the information below to understand how our shipping process works.

All orders require a processing time of 2–5 business days. Processing includes production, printing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, new drops, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows. Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. International orders generally arrive within 10–20 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery destination. For international orders, Anyweather is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Anyweather is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned to the sender because of address issues or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please allow 7 business days after the estimated delivery date for U.S. orders and 14 business days for international orders before contacting us. Once this time has passed, you may contact our support team, and we will work with Tapstitch and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine eligibility for a replacement.
